BCD's Marcel Sarrasin wins Extra Mile Award for WebSmart!

"I’ve not seen anyone as concerned that a user understand its product as BCD’s Sarrasin was. BCD’s support group often uses Web-meeting capabilities, which allow them to show you in real time, on either your box or theirs, whatever you need to do. This beats dealing with a voice-only response and being told over the phone which buttons to push. Having tech support suggest a Web-based meeting to introduce a product is a great idea. I’d like to see this approach more often in tech support. I give Sarrasin an Extra Mile award for tenacity and patience."

BCD's Kevin Cronin wins COMMON's Best Traditional LAB Award for WebSmart, again !

The WebSmart Lab as presented by Kevin Cronin has once again won COMMON's Best Traditional Lab Award. Only one award is given per conference. The WebSmart Lab titled CGI Made Easy: Browser Development with ProGen WebSmart received the highest marks of all labs at COMMON. Attendees rate labs in nine categories including how relevant this topic is in today's marketplace, how effective the lab was in increasing their knowledge of the subject matter and more.

Kevin Cronin's WebSmart lab was rated as being the best traditional lab at COMMON. This award was presented on stage at the opening session of the 2007 Annual COMMON Conference.
