New PDF Report Template
| With the new PDF template, you can now output reports as .pdf files. PDF files are compact files that are compatible with many platforms, including Windows, Mac, Linux and many SmartPhones.

Improved IDE UI

The WebSmart IDE has been given a facelift with a more modern look and an improved user interface.

Improved File Browser
|
The File Browser pane allows you to easily manage your FTP connections and IFS files from the same location.
The updated File Browser is also dockable, so it can be moved to any part of the screen, allowing for more customization of the WebSmart IDE.

WebSmart Default Options Redesign
|
With new Server options, you can now specify the WebSmart environment library for each IBM i server connection. This makes it easier to work with
multiple versions of WebSmart or multiple copies (environments) of the same version of WebSmart.

Bundle Files
|
The new Bundle Files option creates a .zip file with your program definition and your entire Repository to be easily sent to BCD Technical Support.

Additional 3.5 New Features:
- Easier work field creation in the template wizards.
- Improved processing of Query/400 objects.
- Redesigned Help menu.
- A simplified Find and Replace interface.
- Workfield descriptions can now be blank.
- Quick block commenting using Ctrl+K
- Server has a new install process - WebSmart library can now be set by the user (IFS and HTTP are shared by all the Libraries)
- Sendmailex now handles larger emails - 64 kB.
- Upgraded 'getparm' function which allows an unlimited number of 32k parameters to be retrieved.
- New Date and Time PML Functions.
Key New Features for Clover 3.0
Create reports over MySQL and MS SQL databases
| With the new JDBC templates you can now work with other databases other than DB2 such as MsSQL MySQL or Oracle. Create an IBM i application that can also reach out to ther tables on other systems in a way that is transparent to your end users.

Additional 3.0 New Features:
- User-Customizable extensions allow you to edit other file formats in Clover with colour coding.
- Improved default toolbar positioning.
