EZ-Pickin's gives you the ability to include a full-fidelity XML representation of the original source report with any Excel file (.xlsx/.xlsm) created from that report. In other words, the source data for the Excel file travels with the Excel file, making it easy to compare and reconcile the spreadsheet and its source.

EZ-Pickin's also developed EZ-Pickin's Context™, a free, downloadable add-in for Excel which can be used to sync the data in the Excel spreadsheet back to the source report and visually display the source report for the Excel user.

Publish incoming text reports into PDF reports, complete with the EZ-Pickin's navigation tree as PDF bookmarks! Adobe Acrobat is not required for this new PDF report publishing capability. Plus, published PDF reports can be password-protected with either 12 8-bit RC4 or U.S. Government-approved AES encryption.

EZ-Pickin's includes a powerful smartcopy feature that creates both a text image and a worksheet image (with separate columns and cells) in the clipboard. The printing feature includes print preview and a page set up option with functions to add page titles and page headers.

There are many formatting options for your summaries and charts all handled through a user friendly interface. Your summary page breaks, headers and footers are carried through to Excel when exporting.

You can export all of your summary views at the same time, either as separate files in a desired folder, or as multiple spreadsheet pages or databases within a single file.
