You can quickly extract the relevant data from your reports by defining detail and break-point traps. Data traps are saved in a model and only need to be defined once for a report. Models can be reused automatically or selectively and shared with other users.

Step 4: Build your table

Once your model is defined you can view your table. Also, you can create calculated fields and define filters to further refine your data.

Step 5: View your graphs and charts

Create summaries of your data with accompanying graphs and charts (2D, 3D, pie charts, bar charts etc.) for visual aids and presentations |
Step 6: Export your data to multiple Windows applications

Create and run saved models over reports to automatically extract and export data directly into your Windows applications (e.g. Excel, Access, MS-Word, Lotus 1-2-3 and many others). Define reusable templates that create dBase, Lotus, Excel, etc files.
