Download a free, fully-functional version of Nexus that you can evaluate for 30 days. The installation instructions are available at this site. You should be able to complete the download and install in under 30 minutes.

Schedule a Live Web Demo of the software (or ask your Sales rep to do that for you). This will give you a quick idea of how the product looks and functions, and help you get yourself started as quickly as possible. There are several resources you can use to find out more about Nexus:

Log in as different users to see how content is dynamically displayed based on the user logged in. You'll also see various page designs which highlight the page setups and portlets you can add.
♦  Nexus at a GlanceOpens new window: The Nexus at a Glance page includes an overview of what the software is, as well as a summary list of the most important features.
♦  Nexus FeaturesOpens new window: The Nexus Features page includes a detailed, illustrated list of the product's features.
♦  The Nexus User GuideOpens new window: The documentation includes chapters that present both general and in-depth illustrated overviews of the software, discussing what Nexus is, how to use it, and how to configure it to run as efficiently as possible.
Start Using Nexus
The Tutorial Exercises in Chapters 3-8 of the Nexus User GuideOpens new window will teach you how to configure groups and users, create new pages, and use the Enterprise Content Manager (ECM) as the backbone for your site content.

The tutorial also includes chapters that guide you through the process of creating new sites and customizing the site skins. There is also a tutorial chapter that you can use to guide you through the process of using Nexus to secure existing CGI applications.
