Nexus includes dynamic drop down menus for quick navigation. Menus can be created for groups, users, as custom menus and can be listed horizontally or vertically for complete flexibility. Users only see menus they are authorized to.
Users can quickly access information by navigating through the ECM Navigator menu tree. Menu Tree links can easily be added by administrators, group managers or authorized end users and individual group or user security can be attached to each link for powerful and flexible security.
Nexus includes a powerful site search option that will search the Nexus Portal and ECM documents and return the search results in a separate window so that you don't lose your current page. Search on file names, pre-defined indices, keywords and use and/or logic and wildcard searches.
