Content is organized in menus and folders so users can quickly find information. You can share web apps, reports, policies, procedures and other information with ease.
Nexus includes dynamic drop down menus for quick navigation. Menus can be created for groups, users, as custom menus and can be listed horizontally or vertically for complete flexibility. Users only see menus they are authorized to.
Users can quickly access information by navigating through the ECM Navigator menu tree. Menu Tree links can easily be added by administrators, group managers or authorized end users and individual group or user security can be attached to each link for powerful and flexible security.
Nexus includes a powerful site search option that will search the Nexus Portal and ECM documents and return the search results in a separate window so that you don't lose your current page. Search on file names, pre-defined indices, keywords and use and/or logic and wildcard searches.
Nexus pages can be bookmarked (added to Favorites), allowing for quick access to specific ECM documents or Nexus pages. Breadcrumbs are also used in Nexus so users always knows where they are in the site and so they can quickly jump back to a specific page at any time.
