Creating groups is a core element of your site structure and Nexus provides a well laid out interface to manage groups. All users are members of a group or sub group and pages, drop down menus and authorities for applications and documents can easily be assigned to specific groups. Group managers can manage members of their group and design group pages.

Users have many custom setting options and can be managed and created by the site administrator or by group managers through an intuitive interface. The possible options for each user include whether they are an iSeries User Profile or a Nexus user profile, what their default page is and what user options they can access if any. Examples of user options include designing their own pages, changing site skins, changing their password and how their pages are structured.
