End users can create their own pages and take advantage of the new drag and drop features for organizing the portlets they choose for a page. Simply click on a portlet and drag it to where you want to go; Web page design has never been easier.

End Users can create their own custom menu trees for quickly accessing information by adding links to Link Portlets or to the ECM where they can also add documents.

Authorized end users or administrators can add any web application or web page to Nexus as an Include portlet. You can add web email, news and stock tickers or any other existing web page or web application so that your Nexus users can access all company information from one access point which saves valuable time.

Nexus is often referred to as a web desktop that allows you to work at anytime, from anywhere and from any computer; all you need is a browser and internet access. No other client side software is needed reducing end user frustration, licensing fees and network administrators work load. This means you can conveniently access all your corporate information and applications whenever you need it.

Customizable Settings

Administrators can give end users authority to change their own settings to customize the look of their Nexus pages. Users can have access to change settings such as the skin, default main page, show/hide header, menu activation and order of links.

End Users can be given the choice to keep them logged in for their next visit, to have a secret question or hint in case they forget their password and there can also be a site option for users to create their own account pending administrator approval. You can also create a custom login page for your Nexus site.
