End users or group or site administrators can organize content and provide consistent, secure frameworks for business applications. Administrators can create site-wide pages accessible by all members, group managers can design pages for members of their group and end users can be authorized to design their own personal pages. Administrators can also create dynamic drop down menus and menu trees and by populating the ECM (Enterprise Content Management).

Group pages are one of the easiest ways to organize content and make it easy for end users to quickly access the important information they need. Pages can be assigned to a specific group of users and only portlets containing applications, links and content relevant to that group would be included. End users can also be given the authority to create their own personal pages.
