Organize spool files into folders
and sort by date and time.
- The spool file list allows grouping the first column into
folders, so you can more easily manage large lists of entries.
- The date and time fields in the spool file list are combined
(for easier sorting).

Publish Reports to the Web with Nexus ECM

Spool-Explorer integrates with the FREE Nexus
web portal for complete Enterprise Content Management (ECM) & Archiving.
File reports to the web in organized folders and extract dynamic
data content from reports to build custom indexes for searching
in the Nexus ECM. Spool-Explorer IV allows you to:
- Submit documents to the Nexus ECM.
- In addition, document security is automatically assigned
by Nexus when the document is submitted.
- You can also include search values extracted from the
report text.
- Finally, you can Save the configuration using a Profile,
similar to PDF/RTF/HTML Profiles.

Updated User Interface

The User Interface has had a complete makeover
for a more modernized look and improved communications configuration.
- Graduated backgrounds present a more pleasing aesthetic
appearance.
- Modernized splash screens are easier to use.
- Improved configuration screens allow easier access to
critical settings and options.
- Integrated communications configuration avoids the need
for a separate utility, and is now consistent with other
configuration settings.
- Windows XP style buttons and controls.

Many UI enhancements based on customer input
Here are a number of additional new features:
- Updated PDF/RTF/HTML Profiles to include additional functionality
of PDF/RTF/HTML generation.
- Improved User Security (UI and functionality).
- Append into existing zip files.
- Cancel capability for many operations (for multiple downloads
etc). The
- Cancel button is available on the splash screen and if
pressed, the process will be interrupted at the next 'substep'.
- Lots of other UI tweaks based on customer input.
