Mitsubishi Fuso Consulting Project - Warranty Claims

The Warranty Entry application is used to collect warranty claim information such as the type of vehicle, nature of the problem, and parts and services used to fix the problem. This screen is the parts entry form. The user enters the part details in the entry fields (type, part number, and quantity) and the application uses ajax to fill in the part description and total amount value to claim. The user can enter many parts in a claim, pressing the Update button after each. A running list is entered, also via ajax, in the table under the entry forms.
